What is needed to book my inspection?

Client name, Email, Phone number and property address. Realtor name and phone number if applicable.  Inspector will send the agreement for client signature that is required to schedule the inspection.

Will I or my Realtor be required to attend the entire inspection?

Inspector will make their own Showing Time appointments. Realtor and Client are not required for the full inspection. We recommend and proudly provide a professional and thorough walkthrough with our clients and their Realtor for the last half hour of our appointment.

How long will it take to receive my report?

The state requires the report to be returned within 72 hours. We make every effort to have the report to the client within 24 - 48 hours. Please request any rush needs for reporting.

What forms of payment are accepted and when is payment due?

We now offer the ability to make a secure payment online. Visit the homepage, scan the QR code, and make the secure payment. We also take cash, check, or secured credit card payments in person on site. Payment will be due by the completion of the onsite appointment. Call inspector to make any arrangements that vary from the agreement.
